The Event Center is the premier rental venue in the New Iberia area. Keeping with our areas traditions, we are bringing back a New Iberia favorite. Many of our residents can remember attending events at Peltier's. It was a Teche area staple. We have done some remodeling to bring the venue up to date with a rustic feel. About Us
Located on the North side of New Iberia, we offer a spacious ball room that accommodates up to 224 guest, a bridal suite / small event room that can accommodate approximately 50 more guest, as well as a bar area and catering prep space. With your rental we will provide tables and chairs for up to 100 guests with our in house inventory. Additional items can be rented to accommodate more seating if necessary.

In our large ball room we can accommodate both
ceremonies and receptions.
Our spacious bridal suite gives you a lovely place to relax
and prepare with your bridal party. Don't worry,
there is one for the groom too.
The caterers prep space allows for a separate space for food prep and bar service. Our bar space is large and beautiful. We have ample parking and a beautiful facade that provides the perfect entry way into your event.

While our venue is great for weddings we also are a fabulous choice for showers and parties. We offer two rooms to choose from to accommodate the smallest most intimate of gatherings or the largest more lively event. Regardless of the size, catering and entertainment are always at your discretion. While we would be happy to provide you with a list of recommendations, we do not require you to use anyone in particular.
